Medway Council initiated the classes in 2004, and since 2015, they have been led by our dance instructor, Linda. Our dance lessons are open to anyone aged 16 and above and offer an excellent alternative to traditional gym workouts. Our dancing school provides a fun and engaging way to stay fit and active.

Our Ballet, Tap , Ballet Fitness, Pilates and Chichi Fit classes are strictly for adults only. Classes cater for beginners, improvers and advanced. All ages and abilities welcome. Classes start from £5.
You may pay monthly by direct debit, or pay by term – the most cost-effective option.
We now also offer Personal Training sessions which we can deliver at your home at a time convenient to you.
