CHiCHi Fit

Get fit dancing to songs from musical shows. You will feel like a Broadway star! Enjoy a fun, high-cardio dance fitness experience that incorporates strength training to give you a full-body workout!

Trust us, you haven’t lived until you’ve worked up a sweat to “Greased Lightning” or kicked your way, with glittery gold hats, through the finale of A Chorus Line.

We have well-trained dance instructors who conduct dedicated adult tap classes, adult ballet classes and ballet fitness classes. Over the years, we have built a solid reputation for offering excellent customer satisfaction. We take charge of making sure that you feel energetic and fit after every class. Our instructors use tap, ballet and ballet fitness to improve your health and keep your body in good shape.

Class Timetable

Mondays 7.15- 8.15pm
Chichi Fit
The brand new fitness full of all your favourite musical songs. Not only do you tone strengthen and do lots of cardio. But you also get to sing along to all your favourite musical songs.
Mondays 8.15 – 9.15pm
Pilates
Pilates is incredible for helping people recover and rehabilitate after injury. It is amazing for increasing lean muscle tone- long and strong muscles. Your muscles learn control as they strengthen. Pilates focuses on the pelvic floor and corset muscles (TVA) and in turn helps take pressure off the spine. It also strengthens back muscles to add support and length to the spinal column to help relieve pressure.

Wednesdays: 7.15pm – 8.15pm
Advanced Beginners Tap
This class is for those with little  knowledge of tap dancing. It takes you through the basic and intermediate moves and steps of tap and teaches you how to put these steps together.

Wednesdays: 8.15pm – 9.15pm

Improvers 2 Tap
This class is for those that are experienced at tap, can string steps together and complete faster routines.
A fun, energetic class for experienced tappers with existing knowledge.

Thursdays: 8.15pm – 9.15pm
Improvers 2 Ballet
This class is for those that are experienced at ballet, can string steps together and complete faster routines.
A fun, energetic class for experienced dancers with existing knowledge.

Fridays: 7.15pm – 8.15pm
Improver 1 Tap
This class is the next step up from a beginners class.
For those that are competent and comfortable in the basic tap steps and can string these together easily.
This class will teach you the additional steps to move on to a more advanced level.

Fridays: 8.15pm – 9.15pm
General Ballet Class
A class for anybody: any shape, any size, any age (over 16) and any ability!
This class teaches the basic moves and steps and will encourage the class to produce a beginner level dance by the end of the class.
